If you are looking for property in San Francisco, you have to look for Erik. I shortlisted about 50 properties I like and Erik cut it down to about 10 properties and advised me not to even consider the rest as they will not appreciate in value. After looking at approximately 4 different units, 1 particular unit stood out for me and I completed the purchase. He is straightforward, direct and no nonsense. If you think you are more well-informed than Erik, then please deal with your journey yourself and not waste his time. His knowledge of the property market in San Francisco is far too valuable.
